Submit Your Details

Initial Consultation
Once we receive your details, you'll hear from us right away to outline our process and answer any outstanding questions you might have. If you selected design services, we'll gather as many details as possible on your vision and start working on potential concepts, while getting you hooked up with one of our designers. Every design workup is led creatively by a Naval Aviator, ensuring your concept is community relevant and a slam dunk with your peers. If you've already got a design ready to go, we'll confirm sizing/quantity with you, answer any questions you might have, and get started on a sewout sample right away.

Pre-production Sample
You'll receive a sewout sample to ensure everything looks perfect before we go into production. We'll continue revising the sample until you're 100% satisfied.

Production & Delivery
Production timeframes start from final approval of your sewout sample. Embroidered patches are typically ready to ship within 15-17 business days. PVC runs a bit longer at around a 4 weeks. We offer rush services for urgent orders and ship APO/FPO frequently, so we can get you hooked up even if you're overseas.
